Martin Walker Commercial is an expanding section in our business. Since 2008, Jonathan Shortt BSc(Hons) dipSurv MRICS has been involved in advising and providing commercial property services to many of our clients.
Having qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2001, Jonathan has experience of working in the commercial markets all over Wiltshire, from Salisbury to Swindon. He is now leading the commercial property department and is keen to promote the internationally respected values and standards which are upheld by the RICS.
As a professional chartered surveyor, Jonathan is an RICS Registered Valuer and an RICS qualified Commercial Energy Performance Assessor and can provide EPCs for most commercial premises.
He has experience in commercial Landlord and Tenant matters and is willing to advise and negotiate on Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and other issues on commercial leases.
He can also provide valuations, always in compliance with the latest RICS Valuation Standards.
On the agency side, we offer a wide range of commercial premises in mid Wiltshire. These include offices, shops, industrial units and other commercial properties. Our instructions are usually derived from landlords or tenants with property in Devizes and Central Wiltshire.
